Roughly one year after being married, Niki was very drunk one evening and went into the forest behind our home.
I went outside to bring her back into the house. I saw her phone lighting up and could hear it buzz. She left her phone on a tree stump. Sure enough, there were messages from a different man this time.
His name is Nick. Huge muscle guy. I harbor no bad feelings for him. He’s been going through a lot on his end with his son.
I read messages like, (I miss you, thinking about you, let’s meet at the gym at 4 PM, etc, be home by 1:45, swing there over lunch). I took pictures of these messages.
All of these messages were under a secret / fake account for Nick.
I confronted her and she said that he was just a friend and nothing had ever happened between them. He was a good friend that she could confide in for support.
One day later, I discovered that Niki had a prior sexual relationship with Nick. Surprise, she lied. Nick was married at that time. I confronted her again and she admitted that she had a prior relationship with Nick and that she knew he was married when they were hooking up.
Niki blew up and again it was my fault as I was snooping at her phone. We argued for hours.
Her daughter and son saw all of this as she was very loud and very drunk.
